Walnut shell&corn cob are soft blasting media processed from natural hard fibers of walnut or corn. The major advantage is that fragile components can be cleaned without marking or etching the components' blasted surfaces.

They are suitable for cleaning automobile super chargers and turbine blades, removing unwanted flash residue produced during the moulding process from semi-conductor integrated circuit package lead frames without damaging or pitting the package surface. They are also used in power generation stations, turbine overhaul factories and the aerospace industry.

Besides these, walnut shell is widely used for cleaning moulds, motor armatures and motor drives prior to rewinding. Corn cob is very light, soft and absorbent. It can be used for cleaning delicate surfaces or brass / brick / stone / wood, engines and engine components as well as mass finishing processes for drying and absorbing water, oil or wax from processed parts and also for fine polishing or brightening of parts.

We sample 500g out of the walnut shell grain, and use standard sample sieve to inspect the product. The portion sieved above is no more than 6%, and the portion below is no more than 10%. The floating stuff is no more than 3%. The product granules remain even and keep in the round shape. No impurity of stone or iron chips would be found and water contained is no more than 5%. Products are packed by PE bag, weighing 40kg per bag.
